Day 10 Quarantine Workout 3/26/20 Rest Day


A rest day doesn't have to mean do nothing. Its a great opportunity to work on a skill such as double unders, handstands, or handstand walking. Or you could do some recover work, like yoga. I also encourage you to go for a walk.
