Day 11 Quarantine Workout 3/27/20

Warm Up

3 rounds

200 Meter Run

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Jumping Jacks

1 Meter is about the length of a normal step. If you count off 100 steps, there and back will be close enough.


6 Rounds

100 Meter Sprint

For 6 rounds you are going to sprint down to the 100 step mark that you walked off for the warm up and then walk back to the start. As soon as you get back you are going to get set and then sprint again.

WOD #2

5 Rounds

10 Windshield Wipers

50 Meter Farmer Carry

Do the windshield wipers nice and slow, you really want to fight gravity on these. For the farmer carry your going to hold something heavy in each hand and casually walk 25 steps and then turn around a comeback. Some good examples of things to carry are water jugs, bags, or backpacks. If your items don't weight the same that's okay. When you get to 25 steps set them down and turn around switching the hand you are holding them in. That way its all gets balanced out.
