Day 12 Quarantine Workout 3/28/20

Today's workout is a repeat from earlier. The goal is to try and improve upon your first time doing it. You can do this by putting something on the couch to make it heavier than the first time. There are a few ways to do better on the WOD. You can complete it in less time, scale it less, or by keeping it the same and by feeling less tired with the same amount of effort you know you have improved.

Warm Up

4 Rounds

15 Jumping Jacks

10 Air Squats

5 Push Ups

Strength

Deadlift the end of your couch

4X10 (Scale the number of reps as you need)

WOD

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Burpees

Hand Release Push Ups

Sit ups

Extra Credit

Tabata 8 Rounds, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Wall Sit while holding something overhead
