Day 2 Quarantine Workout 3/18/20

Today's workout was inspired by an event from last years CrossFit Games.


2 Mile Ruck

Every 5 minutes do 20 lunges

Fill a backpack with something heavy and go for a 2 mile walk. Use a weight that you feel comfortable with. For reference my pack weighted 45 pounds

Be sure to maintain good posture while walking, try not to lean forward too much.

Carrying a heavy pack will work you calves, legs, abs, obliques, and back.
