Today's workout is workout number 2 of CrossFit's Support Your Box Fundraiser. If you havn't signed up to participate its not too late. You can do so at


For Time

100 Double Under

21 Burpees

75 Double Under

15 Burpees

50 Double Under

9 Burpees

If you are unable to do double unders you can double the number of jump ropes you would do so instead of 100 you would do 200 single unders. If you don't have a jump rope you can do jumping jacks.
