Day 36 Quarantine Workout
Ground To Overhead
Find an object around your house and pick it up from the ground and put it over your head.
For a death by workout you start a timer and at the top of each minute you perform the number of reps for that round and rest for the remainder of that minute. The number of reps for the round is determined by the minute you are on. On minute 1 you do 1 rep, minute 2 you do 2 reps, minute 3 you do 3 reps, and so on. The workout is over when you fail to get all of the reps done in that minute.
