Day 42 Quarantine Workout



30 Min EMOM (Even Minute, Odd Minute)

On the Odd minute - 14 Weighted Chair Step Ups

Alternate which leg you step up with.

On the Even minute - 14 Shoulder Taps

Start a 30 minute timer on your phone at the beginning of every minute do the exercise you are on. When you finish the 14 reps you have the rest of the minute to rest.

If you run out of time before you finish all the reps lower the number of reps you do. If you feel it is to easy you can add to the number of reps you do.
