Day 43 Quarantine Workout

Strength

5x10 dive bomber pushups


These are supposed to be done slow and very controlled. If you find them too challenging you can do regular pushups with a very slow tempo. Keep your core, hips, and legs tight and stable as you go through the push up.

WOD

6 rounds for time

10 chair dips

10 leg raises

10 air squats
