Warm Up

4 Rounds

10 Forward Arm Circles, Each Side

10 Backward Arm Circles, Each Side

10 High Knees

10 Butt Kickers

WOD

20 Minute AMRAP (As many reps as possible)

5 Push Ups

10 Bent Over Rows

15 Air Squats

For the bent over rows perform 10 on each side with an object you find around your house. I used a 2.5 gallon jug of water.
