10 Air Squats

9 Dumbbell Snatches Right Hand

10 Push Ups

9 Dumbbell Snatches Left Hand

If you don't have a dumbbell you can use anything your have around your house. I used a kettlebell and Kristie used a jug of water. If you have any questions on the workout or anything health and fitness related please reach out, I'd be happy to help.
