Even Minute-12 Burpess
Set a 20 minute timer on your phone. There are some apps that are different workout clocks, "SmartWod Timer" is a good one. At the beginning of every odd minute you are going to hold something heavy, I used a bag of water softener salt. On the even minutes do 12 burpees.
