Day 67 Quarantine Workout
15 Minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
2 Ground to Overhead
2 sit ups
For this workout out, every time you complete a round you add two reps and continue for 15 minutes. Find an object around your house to use for the ground to overhead and the thrusters. Ground to overhead is just that, pick the object up and get it over your head. A thruster is one fluid motion of a squat and and overhead press.
