Day 70 Quarantine Workout

1 Mile run

100 pull ups

200 push ups

300 air squats

1 mile run

It is a Crossfit tradition to do Murph on Memorial day in honor of Lt. Murphy and all of our fallen servicemen and women. We have been out of the gym for a while so it may be a good idea to scale the workout. you can replace the pull ups with dumbbell rows or rows with an object around your house. You can also scale down the number of reps and do a half Murph of a half mile run, 50 pull ups, 100 push ups, 150 air squats, half mile run.
