30 Min EMOM (Even Minute, Odd Minute)
Start a 30 minute timer on your phone at the beginning of every minute do the exercise you are on. When you finish the 14 reps you have the rest of the minute to rest.
On the Odd minute
14 Weighted Chair Step Ups
Alternate which leg you step up with.
On the Even minute
14 Shoulder Taps
From the top of the push-up position take one hand off the floor and tap the opposite shoulder. If you are more advanced you can do these from the top of the handstand position.
If you run out of time before you finish all the reps lower the number of reps you do. If you feel it is to easy you can add to the number of reps you do.
