Day 82 Quarantine Workout



15 Min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

10 burpess

15 Pistols

20 V-Ups

Pistols are a single legged squat below parallel and a pretty advanced exercise that require a lot of mobility, balance, and core strength. Some good scaled options to try would be holding on to a chair, counter, or other object while you do them or on one leg sitting down on a chair and standing back up, holding a weight while you do a regular air squat, or and air squat without weight.

A V-Up is like doing a sit up but at the same time you bring your legs up and touch your toes at the top creating the shape of a V. Two scaled options are sit ups or crunches.
