Athletes Strength and Conditioning

 

• Flushing Volleyball  Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:00 or 10:00

• Elementary Kids CrossFit Mondays and Wednesdays  @ 9:00

• Middle School/HighSchool CrossFit Monday and Wednesday @ 9:00- Running from June 15th  until Aug 10th- No Classes - July 13-July 17     Cost is $130 for one or $235 for 2 students in same household

 

 

• Swartz Creek Competitive Cheer Fridays @ 9:00 Running from June 19th- August 14.  Runs 8 weeks and cost is $65. No class on July 17th.                Cost is $65.
